SMS Communications
IFX may send SMS messages to franchisees who have opted in to receive operational updates, announcements, compliance reminders, and other business-critical communications related to their franchise. Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Msg & data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Use of Personal Information
IFX uses PI to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve sites, products, and services

- Send confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages

Third Party Providers

IFX complies with Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of PI from the EEA region, including onward transfer liability provisions.
Google Gmail and Contacts Integration
IFX adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data collected through Google APIs is used solely to facilitate app features and will not be misused, transferred, or sold.
Analytics
PI collected by analytics technologies may be disclosed to or collected directly by service providers who evaluate service usage, analyze trends, assist with fraud prevention, and provide features. You may opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on available at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881.
Information Handling
IFX retains PI only as long as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Information is treated securely using strong security and encryption measures.
Disclosure as Required by Law
IFX may disclose PI when reasonably necessary to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes, or to enforce or protect rights. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users when possible.
Security
At least industry-standard security measures are used to protect PI against loss, alteration, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure or access. Servers are kept in secure data center environments with physical access restrictions and continuous monitoring. IFX implements technological and procedural security functions and uses strong encryption and industry-standard data monitoring practices for third-party transfers.
If a security breach materially affects users, IFX will notify them promptly and report responsive actions. Security procedures ensure timely monitoring and reporting consistent with data privacy regulations.
Information Choices and Changes
You may opt out of communications by following the instructions included in any message or by emailing privacy@ifxonline.com with your email address, phone number, client information, and "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Non-marketing emails about your account and business dealings may still be sent.
Cookies can typically be removed or rejected through your browser settings. Removing cookies may affect how you interact with our website.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access PI held about you and receive it free of charge within a reasonable timeframe
- Request deletion of your PI with free confirmation within a reasonable timeframe

We will request identity verification and interaction information before providing or deleting PI.
Data Storage and Processing
IFX may access and process PI in the United States and may transfer PI to other jurisdictions where sub-processors operate. All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Material changes will be posted on the website with updated dates and become effective upon posting or email notification, whichever is later. Users who object to material changes may have their accounts terminated.
